Assembly Instructions

Build clean, bright pixel tubes without a complicated assembly. The BillyTube system is designed around 1" PEX, WS2815 LED strips, and a ¾" EMT center support to create a simple modular lighting prop. Build it with one for a unique neon look tube, or four tubes with a hub for a more comple depending on your setup.

Available for 1.25 m or 2.5 m WS2815 strips, supporting both 30 and 60 LED/m strips. At 60 LED/m, each tube holds 75 pixels for the 1.25 m version or 150 pixels for the 2.5 m version.

Single Tube Includes:

  • 1 strip adapter
  • 1 bungee ball
  • 1 set of end caps for 1" PEX
  • 3 zip ties

4 Tubes & Center Hub Kit:

  • 4 strip adapters
  • 4 bungee balls
  • 4 sets of end caps for 1" PEX
  • 4 EMT hubs
  • 12 zip ties

Designed for quick assembly, easy setup, and compact storage while keeping all four tubes evenly spaced around the center support.
