Our most popular product, redesigned and molded for unmatched strength and functionality. These new arch bases are injection-molded to perfection, allowing you to easily line-up several arches end-to-end. Interlocking notches to assure proper alignment form arch to arch! Neck features a 5 degree angle to help assist with assembly.

Each kit comes with 2x arch bases, 2x strip clips, 4″ zip ties, and 3/4″ self-tapping screws. 6″ bungee balls recommended, and can be purchased separately here. Two bungees are needed for each arch set.

1″ PEX tubing and 2″ Outer Diameter HDPE tubing can be used with this design.

1/2″ EMT is purchased at your local hardware store and used to connect each base end-to-end. *Use a self-tapping screw to secure 1/2″ EMT conduit to each base before connecting your arch tubing.

It is recommended to use a common 10″ spike nail to secure to ground, and add further support by using 24″ rebar and zip tie rebar to a section of your tubing.

Works great with our custom length 2.5 or 3 Meter LED strips!

    This kit is amazing and super easy to build arches. they give you instructions and tell you all the required dimensions for EMT and PEX or HDPE tubing. i had 4 arches built in about 30 mins!! the best part about this kit is the customer service which they go above and beyond! updates and communication were awesome!

    Hello I’m interested in your Leaping Arch Base Kit. What is the degree angle the pex tubing will sit in the base? 89 degree? Do you offer a double set where these fit 2 bases together?

    Hello Aaron,

    Tabks for your inquiry. The angle of the arches is actually 80°. After extensive testing, we found this angle to be the perfect trade-off between a nice leaping appearance, and having adequate structural strength to withstand the initial assembly of 2\\\" HDPE (the 1\\\" pex doesn\\\'t really put as much strain on the bases while bending).

     Regarding the \\\"double base\\\" idea - DON\\\'T DO IT! Seems like a novel concept, however you\\\'ll soon realize that rather than having individual arches that can\\\'t be stored easily and setup quickly each year, the double base arches require disassembling the pex from the base each year to tear down. That\\\'s a HUGE pain in the ass, but more importantly, it puts added stress on the internal LED strip tugging on it each season. LED strips are awesome but they are quite fragile and really don\\\'t like to be moved around.

    The great news is, our leaping arch bases lock into place with the other so you have proper alignment from arch to arch, but can easily setup and take down each arch each year.
